Flyers · Just Listed
The Just Listed flyer
The first thing buyers and neighbors see of a new listing. It has one job: put the home, the price and the address in front of people on the day it goes live, in a look that says the agent took care with it.
This page covers what goes on one and in what order, the sizes you need, and copy that fits.
Post and story sizes of one Just Listed flyer, laid out by our designers for a demo listing.
What goes on it, in order
People read a flyer from the largest type down, and many stop before the end. The order is the design.
- One photo that sells the home. Usually the front at golden hour or the main living space. One strong photo beats a grid of four small ones on a phone screen.
- The words Just Listed. Small and set apart. It tells people why they are seeing this today.
- The price. The largest number on the page, so a buyer knows in a glance whether the home is in range.
- The street address and city. Neighbors share flyers for homes on their own street.
- Beds, baths and square feet. On one line, with the same separators every time.
- One line about the home. The thing the listing photos cannot show, like a new roof or a half acre lot.
- The agent block. Name, phone and headshot, with the brokerage name and logo, plus the license number or equal housing logo if your state asks for them.
Four sizes from one design
A Just Listed flyer lives on the feed, in stories, in the mail and on the table at the office. Each one needs its own size, and the layout has to be rebuilt for each, not just cropped.
| Size | Dimensions | Where it goes |
|---|---|---|
| Post | 1080 × 1350 px (4:5) | Instagram and Facebook feed, LinkedIn, WhatsApp. The tallest size the feed shows in full. |
| Story | 1080 × 1920 px (9:16) | Instagram and Facebook stories, Reels covers, WhatsApp status. Keep text out of the top and bottom 250 px. |
| Letter flyer | 8.5 × 11 in, 0.125 in bleed | The handout at the showing and the office printer. Print-ready PDF. |
| Postcard | 6 × 9 in, 0.125 in bleed | Mail to the neighborhood. Large enough to stand out in a stack of mail. |
Copy that fits on a flyer
A headline and one supporting line is all a Just Listed flyer holds before it starts to look like a brochure. A few that work:

Order a Just Listed flyerQuestions agents ask
Does a Just Listed flyer need the brokerage name on it?
In most states, yes. Listing advertising usually has to show the brokerage name, and some states also ask for the license number or the equal housing logo. Your state's real estate commission sets the rule, and we place whatever it requires.
What size should a Just Listed post be for Instagram?
1080 by 1350 pixels, the 4:5 portrait size, fills the most of the feed. Stories and Reels covers use 1080 by 1920 pixels at 9:16, so keep the price and address away from the top and bottom 250 pixels where the app draws its own buttons.
Can the flyer be in Spanish?
Yes. Our designers make every flyer in English or in Spanish at no extra cost. You choose the language when you order.
How fast can I have one?
In the studio it takes a few minutes from the listing address. If our designers lay it out by hand, the first draft arrives within one business day, and if it is not right for you we refund it in full.
